Biography

As owner of Fisher Photography, I have wonderful experiences working with people of all ages in various venues. I have been in the photography business for the past five years and I love it! We do Easter portraits every year with live bunnies in our studio, Christmas pictures, wedding & event photography, families, pets, homecoming dances, Cutest Kid photos at Dow Gardens, and much more. The opportunity to photograph people and pets is fun and interesting and you always experience the unexpected somewhere along the line. I am a graduate of CMU and worked as a professional graphic designer for 16 years. My interest in photography turned into a part-time job when I set up a studio in my basement and began taking portraits.

My husband and I have been married since October 1995. Our family consisted of my husband and myself and our three dogs until August of 2007 when our son joined the fray. When my son was born I left the design business and turned to photography full-time. Our lives have changed wonderfully with the addition of our child, and we continue to enjoy traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends as I capture it all.
